If you want to get better you don’t only need to keep practicing but also know how to move forward, avoid these development pauses known as plateaus – and get optimal results from you work.

FOOD & NUTRITION

Many people say it’s about what or how much you eat, but it’s also important what time you have your food. When does the body need nutrition the most in connection with training and should breakfast, lunch or dinner cover the biggest part of the plate? Nutrition timing is a complex process depending on your daily routines – and if you adapt these lecture tips you could both feel and perform better.

Year after year we are planning and performing cardio, strength and flexibility with our elite athletes. And from that we have learned a lot. In this lecture we start talking about basic anatomy and physiology in order to soon immerse into divided periods, smart training – and how to peak your physique.

Attending lectures make you knowledgable – and through workshops we practice the skill. Together with experienced instructors the purpose is to give you tools for a greater future. And once you have mastered the techniques, nothing can stop you from being stronger, more explosive and focused on your goals.
