WORLD LEVEL TRAINING SESSIONS
Hapkido and olympic taekwondo are to be performed 1-2 times a day. If you play both taekwondo and hapkido, you may choose your sessions from day to day.

When does the body need nutrition the most in connection with training? And should breakfast, lunch or dinner cover the biggest part of the plate? Nutrition timing is a complex process depending on your daily routines – and if you adapt these lecture tips you could both feel and perform better.

TRAINING FUNDAMENTALS
You never learn enough! Year after year we plan and perform cardio, strength and flexibility with our elite athletes. And from that we have learned a lot. In this lecture we start talking about basic anatomy and physiology in order to soon immerse into divided periods, smart training – and how to peak your physique.
